As Cecil Rufus departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Cecil Rufus. Though Cecil Rufus may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Brittingham and Dezzie Smith Brittingham. He is survived by: his sons, Cecil Keith Brittingham (Mariah) of Tennessee, Johnnie Mark Brittingham and Matthew (Jenny). He is also survived by Grandchildren (12) Great Grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM.
