He is survived by: his wife Gayle Larcom Cook of Brewton; his sons, Bill Cook, Jr. (Cindy) of Decatur, Jamey Cook of Brewton, Johnny Cook (Joyce) of Brewton, Tim Cook (Heather) of Brewton and Robby Cook of Brewton; and his brother Gary Cook (Debbie) of Andalusia. He is also survived by Grandchildren (5) Great Grandchildren.
