She is survived by: her mother Lena Mae Conethan Walker; her children, Kamesha Jackson and Elshadric Jackson Sr. (Linickco); her grandchildren, Chloe Womack, Akasha Jackson, Elshadric Jackson, Jr. and Kobe Jackson; her stepgrandchildren, Germarian Moton and Keaiden Peoples; her close friend Ronnie Kornegay; her siblings, Sarah Scott, JoAnn Craighead (Luther), Carolyn Haynes (Cedric), Beatrina Page (Eric), Jemison Walker, Jr. and Bobby Charles Walker; and her uncle David Lee Conethan (Ethelstein). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cahaba Memorial. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
