He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shoults and Etta Mae Shoults (Hall); and his daughter Kathy Shoults. He is survived by: his son Mike Shoults (Frieda); and his grandchildren, Dawson Shoults, Alayna Shoults and Will Shoults. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brent Memorial Cemetery (152 Middlebrooks St, Brent, AL 35034).
