He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Kinard and Icie Lee Kinard; and his sister-in-law Glenda Kinard. He is survived by: his wife Becky Kinard; his children, Loran Kinard (Lana), Lori Johnston (Brandon) and Jordan Kinard (Tara); his brothers, Bobby Kinard (Mary), Jeff Kinard (Judy) and Joey Kinard; and his grandchildren, Morgan Johnston, Emily Norris (JE), Wes Kinard, David Kinard, Thiago Kinard, Kimber Kinard, Samira Kinard, Miguel Kinard, Ava Fisher and Austyn Kate Kinard.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
