He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Mullins; his children, Hagan, Hadlee and Henley Mullins; his siblings, Natalie Mullins and Josh Mullins (Spring); his grandmother Penny Norris; and his mother Rebecca Hill-Garvin (Jason).
