He is survived by: his mother Edna Self Cagle; his children, Stacy Self Tullos (David), Steven Self (Lauryn), Shawn Self and Nikki Marino; his grandchildren, Devyn Self (Kaleigh), Elizabeth Blustein, Madison Gonzalez, Cassidy Gonzalez, Vincent Marino and Peyton Marino; his great grandchild Eleanor Arreola; his siblings, Kelton Jimmy Self (Connie), Anthony Self, Denise Hollis (Ted), Donna Campbell (Gary) and Bonnie Johns (Ronald); and his pet Randy. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews; and numerous friends.
