He was predeceased by: his parents, C. D. Nail and Velma Nail; and his brothers, Elbert and Paul Nail. He is survived by: his son Cody D. Nail (Ashley); his grandchildren, Christopher Nail and Charlotte Nail of Chesapeake, Virginia; his daughter Brittney Nail; and his siblings, Johnny Nail (Fay) of Good Hope, Quinton Nail (Doris) of Good Hope, Jeffery Nail (Annette) of Riverview, Florida, Brenda J. Nail of Cullman and Diann Maddux (Henry) of Eva. He is also survived by two grandsons and two granddaughters.
