He was predeceased by: his father Bill Bentley; and his grandparents, Knolton O. Gay and Bernice Gay. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Kay Gay Bentley; his children, Maylee Ann Cox and Blayden Bentley; and his sisters, Audra Bernice Thornton, Cheryl Thomas and Angie Kugler.
