He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Motte; his children, Jason Motte (Angela), Sheila Payne, Larry Tuggle (Kim) and Carla Faith Motte; and his sister Zella Barnett (Wayne). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
