He was predeceased by: his son Jonathan Ray Powers. He is survived by: his wife Linda Powers; his daughter Donna Holcombe (Phillip); his grandsons, David Holcombe (Jessica) and Jeremy Holcombe (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Aaron Holcombe and Ella Reace Holcombe.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to the Lung Association, your local animal shelter, or a charity of your choice in memory of Harvey Ray Powers.
