She is survived by: her husband Neil Fowler; her sons, Coty and Russell Fowler; her siblings, Tina Herfurth (Jason), Leslie Ingram (Clay), Dwight Cagle (Sarah), Jennifer Tucker (Kyle) and Tiffany Ward (Shanan); and her stepfather Dwight Cagle. She is also survived by her family and friends.
