She is survived by: her children, Carol Ratliff (Price), Gerald Ratliff and Robert Ratliff; her grandchildren, Rich Tallman, Miranda Shelton (Keith), Kyle Ratliff, Ashleigh Eddy (Aaron), Gennifer Ratliff, Raechael Ratliff, Leah Belser (Griff) and Todd Abbott (Holly); and her great grandchildren, Oliver Eddy, Adalene Eddy, Callum Eddy, Kaden Ratliff, Kase Ratliff, Abby Shelton, Kennedy Shelton, Emma Shelton, Sophie Belser and Lily Abbott.
