He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara Lindsey Hancock and Roy Durwood Hancock. He is survived by: his sons, Forrest Hancock of Troy, AL and Taylor Hancock of Dothan, AL; and his sisters, Pansy Newman of Opelika, AL, Barbara Holiman of Opelika, AL, Dara Holleman of Auburn, AL and Sue Holman of Columbus.
