He was predeceased by: his mother Grace Howard. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Rhoades; his sons, Kyle Rhoades and Kota Bilbo; and his siblings, John Bilbo (Hope) of Madison and Patsy Petlock of Delaware. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Etowah Memorial Chapel (12600 US-431, Sardis City, AL 35956). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
