He is survived by: his daughters, Nikki VandeHaar (Jacob Kachadurian) and Tanya Adams (Chris Maciejewski); his mother Dean Spence; and his siblings, Mike Adams (Brenda) and Brenda Davies. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces, nephews and aunts and uncles.
