He was predeceased by: his parents, Rayford Whitehead and Virginia Whitehead; and his sisters, Marie Henderson, Ramonia Holcomb (Paul), Tammy Pendergrass and Margaret May (Larry).
He is survived by: his children, Brandon Whitehead (Abigail) and Hannah Bennefield (Blake); and his grandchildren, Adalynn, Karson Bennefield and Sophie Whitehead. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, as well as his aunt and uncles.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Adams Brown Service Funeral Home (6906 US-431, Albertville, AL 35950). A memorial service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Shepherds Cove Hospice in care of Paul Whitehead.
