It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Coy Dellen Vaughn of Boaz, Alabama, who passed away on December 2, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Jason Vaughn; his grandson Tucker Vaughn; his parents, James Vaughn and Dura Vaughn; and his siblings, Linda Anderson and Terry Vaughn.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Vaughn; his daughter Melissa Stephens (Stan); his grandchildren, Whit Stephens, Colby Stephens (Randi), Carly Burns (Wesley), Anna Vaughn (Jordan Walker) and Abbie Vaughn; and his siblings, Roy Vaughn (Judy), Phillip Vaughn (Phyllis), Randy Vaughn and Stacy Vaughn (Diane). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, brothers.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Etowah Memorial Chapel (12600 US-431, Sardis City, AL 35956). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
