She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Earl and Maggie Sue Sims; and her nephew Austin Hendrix. She is survived by: her daughter Ericia Polk (Thomas); her sisters, Denise Sanders, Susan Sharp (Jerry) and Misty Sims; and her grandchildren, Baylor Polk, Riggins Polk, Wyatt Polk and Wesley Polk. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
