She was predeceased by: her husband Arlin Williams; her parents, Jim Hallman and Bessie Hallman; her son David Arlin Williams; and her siblings, Jessie Hallman and Eula Hallman.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Lee Williams and Wanda; her son-in-law Alan Talley; and her brother Austin Hallman. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; and eight great great grandchildren.
