She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Horton and Louise Davis Horton; and her son David Culwell. She is survived by: her husband James T. Culwell of Blountsville; and her sons, Stacey Culwell of Blountsville, Kelley Culwell (Christy) of Blountsville and John Culwell of Blountsville. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
