He was predeceased by: his children, Danny Smith, Mark Smith and Kim Smith; his parents, Sammy Smith and Joyce Payne Smith; and his siblings, Elbert Smith, Curtis Smith, Bernice Smith and Barbara Goodwin.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Crouch Smith; and his siblings, Robert Smith, Lloyd Smith (Darlene), Troy Smith, Carrie Ash (Paul), Tommie Jett (Ron), Mary Wadsworth (Lonnie) and Sondra Nash (Gene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other beloved family and friends.
