She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fleming and Ethal Lee Bullock; and her siblings, Charlie Henry Bullock of Arthur Lee and Elnora Bullock Green. She is survived by: her husband Jackie Needham; her children, Ronald Reaves (Sylvia), Belinda Johnson, Alicia Davis (Mike) and Janice Wharton (Gary); her sister Linda Kay Bullock; and her sister-in-law Ruth Lee. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
