She was predeceased by: her husband James Edward Reid, Sr.; her parents, Robert Byrd and Icy Caroline Startley Ewing; and her sister Laura Vinson. She is survived by: her children, James Edward Reid, Jr. (Patricia), Donna Reid Windsor Peeples, Andrew Douglas Reid (Shawn), Robbie Kay Smith, Bobby Ray Reid and Jennifer Lee Reid. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
