He is survived by: his wife Judy Yates of Blountsville, AL; his children, Lawden Christopher "Chris" Yates (Casey) of Mobile, AL and Amanda Lauren Burns (Chris) of Lawrenceville, GA; his grandchildren, Bradley Yates, Caitlyn Horton, Kaden Crabtree and Kelsie Crabtree; and his siblings, Bett Yates Adams (Mike), Keller Anne Knight (Jimmy), Tracy Yates Sodergren (Karl), Robin LaBounty (David) and Donald Neal Yates (Teresa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
