He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Higgins; his children, Daulton James Higgins, Dyllen Andrew Higgins (Alexus) and Brittney Eve (Rainey); and his siblings, Bobbie Higgins (Amy) and Carol Rodriguez (Louis). He is also survived by 1 great-granddaughter and several uncles, aunts and other family members.
