He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hollingsworth and Claudie Hollingsworth; and his siblings, Jeanette Whited, Matleen McGovern and W. J. Hollingsworth.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Hollingsworth; and his sons, Jerry W. Hollingsworth (Loucrecia) and Jessie L. Hollingsworth (Ann). He is also survived by three grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
