He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman McCullough and Kathleen Blackwood McCullough; and his daughter Melissa McCullough Martin. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Scheinert McCullough; his daughter Kim Norris (Chris); and his stepsons, Timothy Scott (Donnetta) and Jeffery Lee Jaye. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
