He was predeceased by: his wife Estela Latoni Harp; his father Louie Harp; his parents-in-law, Carlos Latoni and Gloria Latoni; his brother Kevin Harp; and his brother-in-law Carlos Latoni Jr..
He is survived by: his mother Hazel Harp; his daughter Summer Harp (Robert Libasci); his sisters, Bonnie Martin and Janie Lamb; his brothers-in-law, Emmett Martin and Phillip Lamb; his brother John Harp; his sister-in-law Tammy Harp (Hilda Latoni); and his grandchildren, Gianna Libasci, Logan Bencivenga and Lucas Libasci.
