He was predeceased by: his father Ned Wayne Kemp; his stepfather Gene Morton; his grandparents, Lunie, Mamie Kemp, William Davis and Eulene Meeks; and his sister Jolene Kemp Broom.
He is survived by: his mother Vera Meeks Morton; his brothers, Wayne Kemp and Jeff Morton; his children, Jamie Kemp (Alicia) and Shannon Sparks (Justin); his grandchildren, Daniel Holland (Ashley), Hunter Sparks, Elisabeth Sparks and Lexie Burns; and his great grandchild Presley Jo Holland.
