She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Allen; her son James C. Allen; her parents, William Laney Price Sr. and Emma Grigsby Price; and her siblings, William "Bill" Price, Jr. (Barbara) and Ruby Faye Price Bullard.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kevin Allen (Jennifer Towns) and Jeanna Allen. She is also survived by nephews, nieces.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Graves Cemetery (550 Graves Cemetery Rd, Blountsville, AL 35031).
