He is survived by: his children, Adam Brooks (Allison) of Arab, Bradley Brooks (Casey) of Horton and Tina Teague (Tony) of Arab; his grandchildren, Autumn, Cole, Ashlyn Brooks, Baylor, Brynlee Brooks, Jaxon, Caleb, Courtney, Charleigh, Brooks Teague and Kaelyn Humphries; his mother Bonnie Moore (Walter) of Blountsville; and his brothers, Curtis Brooks, Keith Baker and Brooke Baker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, uncles and cousins.
