She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Mayo and Ruby Mayo; her significant other Randy Lynn Rainwater; her son Matthew Privett (Samantha); her stepsons, Michael Rainwater and Matthew Rainwater; her daughters, Tracie Carpenter (Jason), Julie Gibson (Jay) and Meagan Cagle (Nick); and her siblings, Timmy Mayo, Daniel Mayo, Mikey Mayo, Joey Mayo, Patrick Mayo and Kristy Blankenship. She was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren.
