She was predeceased by: her sons, Greg and Adam Hayes; and her parents, Don Self and Nancy Self. She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Chandler (Chris); her grandchildren, Hunter, Catcher and Asher Chandler; and her siblings, Perri Self (Wendi), Nicky Wood (Dale "Wildman") and Dan Self.
