He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Garvis Nichols and Opal Nichols; his significant other Mary; his children, Anna Nichols, Keith Nichols (Cheryl) and Janey Knutson (Naven); his grandchildren, Josh King (Jeri), Katie Heindl (Brittain), Mary Lawlor (Luke), Sarah Sandoval (Manolo), Anna Knutson and Will Nichols; and his sister Joan Payne. He was also cherished by 7 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
