He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Mary Evelyn Ellis, Junior and Lucille Phillips. He is survived by: his parents, John Calvin Ellis and Debra Ellis Hough (Robert); his children, Justin William Ellis, Trevor Christopher Ellis and Tara Marie Sable (Robert); and his siblings, Steven Alvin Ellis (Kirsten) and Mary Renae Kelley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
