She was predeceased by: her parents, Randall Loy and Lorraine Loy. She is survived by: her husband David Maddox; her daughter Bonnie Martin (Andrew); her brother Jesse Loy (Trisha); and her grandchildren, Gracelyn, Tyler and Lana. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
