He is survived by: his brother Danny Page; his wife Betty Ann Shewbart; his children, Bryan Dewayne, Ronda, Vicki and Anita; his siblings, Dewight, Patti Paw and Deborah Paw; his grandchildren, Kasey, Ashley, Scott, Trent, Sarah and Will; and his great grandchildren, Wesley and Shelby.
