He was predeceased by: his parents, Clydie Modell Osbon Culpepper and Calvin Coolidge Culpepper, Sr.; his stepfather David Monroe Greene; and his brothers, Calvin Coolidge Culpepper, Jr. and Dwane David Culpepper.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Culpepper of Black, AL; his sons, John Allen Culpepper of Lumpkin, GA and Jeremy David Culpepper of Waverly Hall, GA; and his sister Patricia Dianne McVay of Montgomery, AL. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
