He is survived by: his wife Nadine Burch of Black, AL; his sons, Chris Burch (Renee) of Dothan, AL, Mike Dodson (Ranae) of Graceville, FL and Charley Lewis (Kelsey) of Geneva, AL; his grandchildren, Zachary Dodson (Sara) of Geneva, AL, Kristi Helms (Clancy) of Geneva, AL, Seth Lewis of Black, AL, Ashlynn Lewis of Black, AL, Jeremy McGowan (Samantha) of El Paso, TX and Kaitlyn Crosby (Justin) of Samson, AL; and his siblings, Jerry Burch of Bonifay, FL, Judy Lee (Roy), Cathy Trammell (Thomas) of Westville, FL and Rhonda Shiver (Louie) of Geneva, AL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
