It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Franklin Williams (Black, Alabama), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on August 4, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Charles "Chuck" Williams, Howard Stringfellow (Shelly), Shay Lynn Terrazas, Michael Williams (Amy) and Christie Hendon; and his siblings, Joyce Williams Scarbrough (Freddie), Paul Kenneth Williams and Janice Sue Vananda. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
