He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard Peak, Sr. and Frances Ray Peak; and his siblings, James Richard Peak, Jr. and Linda Crockett. He is survived by: his brother Ewell Peak, Sr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
