He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Warren Kinney Sr. and Rufie Dixon Holloway Kinney. He is survived by: his brothers, Dr. F. Cleveland Kinney, R. Warren Kinney Jr. and Rufus Dixon Kinney; and his nephews, R. Warren Kinney III (Lee Mariott), John Foster Kinney (Brenda), Bryan William Kinney (Tiffany) and Shannon Cleveland Kinney.
