He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Powell and Mary Ann Deal; and his sister-in-law Robbie Lynn Tharpe Eldridge. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Faye Tharpe Deal; and his nephews, Christopher D. Eldridge and Brian T. Eldridge (Joesette). He is also survived by several cousins and grand nieces and nephews.
