She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Blue, Sr. and Lola Robinson Blue; her husband Joe Manley; her siblings, Hershel Blue, Jr., Dorothy and Madison; and her grandson Antwann Young.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Parham (David), Debbie Lee (Earl) and Tracy Manley (Renita); her grandchildren, Darrius and Darah; and her siblings, Jessie Rice and Reaf Blue.
