She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Self; her daughter Rhonda Deaton; her siblings, Bill, Becky and David; and her parents, Clifford Jarvis and Violet Jarvis.
She is survived by: her son David Self (Angela); her son-in-law Scott Deaton; her grandchildren, Joshua Deaton (January), Suzanna Deaton, Abby Evans (Tony), Logan Self and Cole Self; her great grandchildren, Marlie Rain, Beau, Gwendolyn, Bella and Ayanna; and her siblings, Barbara Brown, Delores Dotson and Johnny Jarvis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jubilee Ministries (1919 1st Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35210). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
