She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Douglas Ellard and Lucile Day Ellard; and her husband Harold Lindbergh "Lindy" Martin. She is survived by: her children, John Lindbergh Ellard Martin (Sally), Sue Ellin Martin-Curley, Lumary Elizabeth Papageorgiou (Dimitrios), LeighFran Martin Jones (Warren), David Douglas Martin (Nicole) and Daniel Christopher Charles Martin; her grandchildren, Drexel Martin (Caitlin), Alexandra Martin Dillard (Keenan), Melanie Curley Chakwin (Joey), Chris Curley, Mary Katie Papageorgiou, Benjamin Jones, Linley Jones Frye (George), Julian Martin, Isabella Martin, Ilsa Martin, Hawkins Martin and Zella Martin; and her great grandchild Fox Frye.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in her honor to the MBBC Missions to Moldova fund or to 10/40 Connections.
