It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sterling Barr (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Candy Barr; and his grandson Nathaniel Kilgo. He is survived by: his wife Nina Faith Barr; his sisters, Anna Demontmollin and Lucille Grubbs; and his children, Sherry Reed (Randy), Lamar Baker, Jackie Phannenstiel (Dan) and Sondra Kilgo (David). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; several other family members and friends.
