Seitz of Edgewood; her husband William Bailey; her children, Tammy Norton (Richard) of Venetia, PA and Dr. David Seitz (Colleen) of Smithfield, PA.; her grandchildren, Dakota, Sydney Norton of Venetia, Tyler Seitz (Haley) of Cheat Lake, WV and Sarah Lee Seitz of Smithfield; her sister-in-law Patricia Whitfield of Hoover, AL.; and her parents, Frank Emmett and Bertha Whitfield (Hughes). She was also cherished by brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
