She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Bullock Conner and Frank Young Conner; her husband Johnnie William Owens; and her siblings, Jane Conner Wicks, Frank Young Conner and John Bullock Conner.
She is survived by: her sister Evelyn Conner Ellis; her daughter Marilyn Owens Cepeda (Manuel); her grandchildren, Michael Owens Palmero and Nancy Palmero LaVigne (Josh); her great grandchildren, Katelyn LaVigne and Josie LaVigne; her nieces, Sarah Ann Thornton, Meta Conner Adams (Clayton), Katherine Ellis Lacey (Matthew) and Carolyn Ellis Loftus (Joe); and her nephew John Bullock Conner, Jr. (Janet).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be given to the Canterbury United Methodist Church.
